A Chartered Accountant, Anuj holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai. An entrepreneur at heart, passionate about real estate and always in lookout for some innovation, working in this field for the last 15 years. His expertise lies in conceptualization, team building and working towards system automation for improved business efficiency, aiming to make it big in the second home market.

Anshul Gangwar

Sales & Marketing

Anshul holds an MBA degree from Cardiff Metropolitan University, Wales. A people’s person and a core marketing guy, he loves meeting new people across various segments and is passionate about marketing for the last 15 years. His continued efforts with sales & marketing ensures that the thoughtfully crafted dream homes by Safal reaches their correct buyer. He is currently also spearheading new business segment of affordable housing in Navi Mumbai.

Atul Gangwar

Operations & Customer Relations

Atul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. He has been around since the inception of the company for around 25 years and is quite literally a true backbone and support system to the team. An exemplary leader, solution oriented and a perfect team player. He has been able to maintain and provide all after sales support and is the go-to person for literally everyone at site.

Neha Arora

Chief Designer

Neha holds a Master’s degree in Systems. Having a keen eye to detail, Neha loves detailing, intricacy and designing. Following her passion for design, she has joined Safal after a corporate experience of 10 years+, with a vision of designing homes with aesthetic & functional designs and curate homes that are truly what dreams are made of.

Aruna Purohit

Finance & HR

A Chartered Accountant and a member of ICAI, Aruna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai. With over 13 years of industry experience across various MNC’s, she has a strong background in finance. She has joined Safal team with an aim to significantly contribute to financial & business strategy along with revenue management. A people’s person, she is keen on setting up the HR function and engage with the employees.
